Well this is how I equate it. I did heavy concrete construction for the better part of 10 years. The entire time I was out there, I worked on average probably 12-16 hours per day, in the hot ass sun, most of the time 6 days a week. With all that exercise, I imagine you were in pretty good shape despite the extra pounds. You probably have a lot of muscle.
