Well this is how I equate it. I did heavy concrete construction for the better part of 10 years. The entire time I was out there, I worked on average probably 12-16 hours per day, in the hot ass sun, most of the time 6 days a week. I climbed forms, I lifted heavy rebar, I shovelled concrete, I hung from the side of buildings 100 feet in the air. In that entire time, I stayed the exact size I am now. Not one pound less. I don't eat like crazy. Infact, sometimes, I will go the entire day when I get really busy and forget about meals totally and end up eating only one meal that day. I just chalked it up to genetics and called it good. Fuck it.
