Hmmm..that'd be the guy selling 'double-optin' lists who also offers them as prizes then when you try to claim the prize or ask about it ignores every message although he's happy to spam you and sell the list you was meant to have won. (Insert commas and other puncuation at leisure

Does he actually have those lists at all ? Cuz he is asking to pay him on front and using WU only .... I'm gonna try a small amount and $100 is not a big deal but I HATE when someone is trying to fuck with me .

He got my ICQ from a spam board and hit me up about opt-in lists and adult webmaster e-mails. Says he can get get screenshots of stats....etc. I have no idea who he is though! I get so many list offers, but this one stood out so much i had to post when i saw you ask about him. Sorry i can't help more.Comment
