All proceeds will go to financing the First Annual Webmaster Games to be held in Seattle in May of 2004.

The winning team and their respective sponsors will recieve top billing (if you will) at the First Annual Webmaster Games in May of 2004.

The losing team will recieve second billing (if you will) at the First Annual Webmaster Games in May of 2004.

"Billing" would mean sponsor mention on the website detailing the party - promotional material throughtout the picnic and the "games", flyers etc. A detailed list of promotional materials will be provided wlel before May of 2004.
