I doubt it. Virgin is a common word, and just because someone has a trademark on it, it doesn't prevent people from using a regular word. It might be a different story if you created a record label or something with it, and based your logo on theirs...Originally posted by chodadog

for those who forgot who lanclandesigns is...
here's a friendly reminder.
back in january, he threw a contest offering $50 for a logo for his site selling retro clothing.
after tons of incredible entries from very talented designers, he claimed they all sucked and opted not to choose a winner and pay out the $50.
when challenged to provide the URL for the site where he wanted to use the logo (in order to prove he hadn't just used someone's design without paying), he simply ignored the challenge and disappeared until last month.
i guess he thought people would have forgotten by now. well i didn't, and i'm sure others like tootie and snipah7 didn't.
