Visa Check Cards aren't the same as Visa. It's not credit. A Visa Check Card is attached to you bank account and when you buy something it just takes the money out of your bank account.
Buy something for $20 and it takes $20 out of your bank account. But here's the real advantage....you can use them anywhere Visa is accepted worldwide, including the Internet.
Try buying something online or in another country using Interac. You can't.
Oh, and Visa Check Cards don't have interest. They aren't credit cards.
