The Susan B. Anthony dollars were a disaster because they were often confused with quarters. The Sacagawea was an improvement because of the color but I've seen less of those than I did when the SBA coins came out. People must be collecting them rather than spending them. I think stores have resisted dollar coins because they would have to replace all of their cash drawers..Comment
