I have an action to sharpen to make things quicker...so once all the photos are loaded in photoshop...I take the crop tool, select where I want it to crop...hit ok, hit F5 (my action to sharpen) hit "save for web" and then save it. Go to the next. To crop and sharpen the entire set I am using only takes a couple of minutes.

Occasionally I use thumbs plus if I am doing a ton of thumbs...and I want the thumb to be the entire pic rather than just a particular section of the pic like I do in photoshop.
That's cool.....so you just crop out the background and extra space around the action so the thumb is more focused on it?
