Hmm! If they're THAT adult-unfriendly, it might be best to just not use them at all, for anything. Unfortunately, ebay owns pay pal so that would be the ideal payment processor to use (on ebay).
My pay pal account is under the email
[email protected], so it's probably not long for this world, especially if they're on a holy crusade.
I have not used my pay pal account for a long time and when I do, I only use it for ebay. I recently sold a PSA 9 LaFleur RC and had the buyer pay pal me the $$.
