I couldn't care less about him trying to make other people happy. He mislead me and caused irreperable harm to my business. If my order had been run when he said it would, or even if he had made an effort to contact me, I might have had an alternative. I'm not terribly hard to track down, especially since I was right next door to his drinking buddies. My business card was in the envelope with my check, and my phone number is on my site.
Quit making excuses for him. I would love to hear his side of the story, but he's too busy hiding behind others. His lousy business accumen and lousey sense of priority is not a legitimate excuse.
