Nope...I'm not Rockstar. If I'm not mistaken, he actually ripped people off. You know...took their money, promised work and then ran off with it. I haven't taken anyones money and not delivered what I had promised. And I'm not going anywhere either.

Choker has an axe to grind. He can't go after Icefire for writing a clone of his TTT, so he tries to go after me for supporting Icefire. I have no problem with that. Most people see Choker as a whiny little child. He needs to step out of the sandbox and realize that this is a business, not a playground.

Sharky must just be trying to cash in on the Candyflip hate today, so he posted that I was stealing recip bandwidth. What he failed to mention is that the domain and recips in question were for galleries I was submitting on their behalf. I used the kickass, GallerySubmitter.com to submit their galleries and since their program is constantly updating the database, and they have the FTP info I used to set up the account, what Sharky's logs showed was that program logging in to update recips. If there's still bandwidth being burned...it's because the galleries are still getting traffic, or he's still using the program. The only person who's going to be paying Sharky's bandwidth bill is Sharky.

He also had the nerve to say that my designs suck. That's cool, because I'm not a designer. They hired me to do some extra webmsater work, and I did that. If you've seen the LotzaDollars sites...I wrote all the copy for them. It wasn't until checks didn't arrive on time, and I heard the excuse that the secretary "forgot" to send them out 3 times...that I slowed up on the work and then all together stopped. He also said that I worked for him for 8 weeks. I've was only paid for 6 of them. Who is stealing from who here?

Lil2rich had to get his two cents in as well. He says I stole his database and was selling copies of it. Well, seeing how I gave him my database and a few weeks later he started selling an organized "niche" version...where did this start Rich? When I gave you my database I knew what you were doing. I even suggested having TomsPics put one together for you. I believe that you called him an asshole and said that you would never spend a penny with him. Now you say that he built it for you? Come on dude...you know that part of your database came from mine.

Fletch...playing with you was a lot of fun. I knew that Weppel would come running to you with the galleries I did for him, so I did dupe one of your galleries. I didn't steal it...I used my basic photoshop skills to duplicate exactly the top and bottom images and layout of the gallery in question. It was a bitch, but worth it to find out that Weppel was a two faced fuck. It could be 100% truly identical, but that's isn't to say that it wasn't created from scratch. I've seen people paint and sell Monet replicas...are they all theives too?

What else? Any more baseless acqusations? I have no problem defending myself from them all, but what sucks is that people are forming an opinion based on heresay and not fact. They're following the crowd...but this is GFY...what more can be expected. Remember the sheep banner

That may be the case Tom, but I did provide him with my AS database. Rich explained to me what he planned to do. He told me that he knew of your service and wouldn't work with you. A few weeks later he started selling his DB. I asked for a copy and he gave it to me. I looked inside and saw nothing but similarities. Even similar mistakes in entering site sites. Did he give you my database to assist in you in building his?

All I know is that I gave him mine and two weeks later he starts selling what amounts to a more organized copy of mine. He had told me that he wouldn't work with you. So I put two and two together and figured that he built his with the help of mine. Perhaps I was wrong to assume, but I had no reason to believe otherwise. Rich has scammed and cheated people before.

By opening them in Freehand myself and tracing them with the Pen tool. It's not difficult. Want me to show you how I do it?

I can and do. Fletch's "style" is nothing more than some basic Photoshop layer styles on text. I could show you how to build galleries just like his in less than 10 minutes. It's not rocket science. It's all actually pretty easy.

I don't bother with Freehand for the ones I do do. This was a special case because Fletch was accusing me of stealing and offering a bounty. I knew that Weppel would be a little bitch and go running to him...so I duped the gallery layouts. All images made for the galleries and the dupes were created by me...some painstakingly even, to get them to be 100% identical.

And Battus...I'm not making excuses. I'm telling you exactly what I did. I'm not hiding anything and I'm not backing down from the acqusations. I'm here defending myself with the truth. I did not steal anything from anyone.

If you wish I can provide what he gave me, It was in excel form, a list he said he compiled of tgp address, I manually went to all of these sites gather info and programmed everything myself, so I don't see how similar mistakes could have been seen from you unless he is selling something other than what I created for him. Although I do not agree how lil2rich conducts business at times, but I can say hes honest on my point of view even after that gallery design episode early last year. If you want you can ICQ me and send me what he is selling and I will open it in access and give you a answer as if too I created it or not. All of my databases are tagged and I track them as they come to me using time stamps everytime there used.
