I heard (rumor) that California was negotiating to give them sports betting for letting us tax them a little.
No doubt the indians will not give up a cent unless it's going to be in their favor in the long run, and under the cirumstances, I don't blame them.
And if Arnold can get them to agree to something like this, it looks like another victory for the big white warrior over the indians. Whee. Everyone's happy.
