Dos, Arnold didn't take "correct steroid usage" by any stretch of the imagination. He gobbled down Dianabol like they were candy. And those weren't the pussy 5mg Thai tabs they have nowadays, they were the old 50mg ones! The fact that he still has a liver is a miracle, and it's no wonder he had heart problems a few years ago. But I do agree with you that today's steroid use, if closely followed by a doctor, isn't all that harmful, except for a few nasty side-effects...
