Back to the thread -
I have had perfectly good uk credit cards turned down every time by ccbill when trying to use it from Poland - We also have had our Polish credit cards turned down by adult processors -
When we buy domains, or other non adult stuff, we have no problems with any cards - So it does look like Poland is sort of blacklisted.
As for adult internet scams - Poland is guilty like all countries, of producing thieves - But it is a fact usa top the fraud list.
