Never broke a bone too and I'm doing 20 hours of sports / week average .. milk is the perfect key for solid bones.
What broken bones have you had?

I got hit by a large truck that was going about 45mph while I was sitting still on my motorcycle. Luckily all that broke was my leg.Originally posted by CDSmith
How the fuck do you break so many bones? Some of you people are either way clumsy and accident prone, or you worked as rodeo clowns.
Holy shit.

Don't know how I managed it , but I've never had a broken bone , not even a stitch anywhere! Course, now since I wrote it, I'll probably fall off the porch tomorrow

I guess I've just been lucky. I used to skateboard as a kid, into my early teens even. Had two really really bad skids as I recall, both on cement. I hit little unseen rocks and went flying like 12 feet and got smeared on the pavement.... lots of scrapes and bruises, nothing broken.Originally posted by uno
Being accident prone, taking risks, and a life of sports.
Then in later years I rode motorcycles for 5 years. Took a couple of minor dumps, but the final one was major..... went 25 feet on the pavement after being cut off in the bus lane. Severe road rash on the left leg but that was it. I guess I knew how to fall by then :D (totalled the bike though)
Not too many fistfights after junior high, but worked the door of a lot of bars over the course of 10 years or so, worked large outdoor concert security at dozens of shows around the province, tossed a lot of assholes out of a lot of events..... nothing broken.
20 years of hockey, most of it full contact.... 2 broken ankles.
7 years kickboxing... nothing broken.
Lots of diving off rocks at lakes, lots of stupid chances in lots of situations..... had to have been some luck in all that. Stubbed some toes pretty damn bad in the dark over the years too, but if I broke any of them it'd be news to me because I pretty much just gritted down and bore the pain until it went away. I suppose a couple times there could have been something broken, who knows?
I'm just amazed at how many bones some people have broken, some who are only still in their 20's. Be more CAREFUL out there!Promote Wildmatch, ImLive, Sexier.com, and more!!

Not only am I accident prone 'cause I'm a fuckin klutz, the nose was from an abusive ex, (who was shot and killed later on, I'm happy to say..no, I didn't do it.), and the left knee, femur, tibia, and fibia (whole goddamn leg) was courtesy of the United States Navy.Comment

Drink milk
break less
What a lie.
Never drank milk and never will... as I'm allergic. Also never took calcium suppliments.
Only broke two bones... wrist at the same time.
Torn muscles and snapped ligiments and tendons, though. I'd much rather break bones.

not half as bad as most people in this thread
broke my last two fingers on my right hand in a fight, broke my pinkie on my right in a fight a couple years ealier...
broke both ankles playing basketball, altho I think once it wasnt broken but the doc wasnt sure because the swelling was so bad so he had me in a cast anyways. Reason I think it wasnt broken is because the swelling and pain was essentially gone within a week... I actually was able to slip the cast off my leg after 8 days.
I broke my nose wrestling with some friends, I slipped after throwing someone down (it was raining) and met a metal fence face first...
I am pretty sure I have broken my toes a few times, as some are pretty bent up.. but I never went to the doc for it.
Also was run over when I was 6, I was in a cross walk and a white van hit me at full speed (60km), I only broke my left leg in 6 places (and numerous bones in my foot) and I healed up pretty well, except my left leg is a little bit longer then my right.
Otherwise, I am pretty good!
