Despite what everyone says about you [ ] , you are a man of your word and a man of integrity...

Someone had asked me what i would do if I had met you, i said i would shake your hand because i knew your intentions were looking to expose scammers and that you thought i might be another one... and i did just that (the look on 12clicks face was priceless as he was shaking my hand and reading my badge to see Fight The Patent).

The Fight The Patent Foundation idea did fail.. having $36K in pledges was far short of the $250K that i felt would be enough to really fight against bad patents, but there just wasn't enough support (big thanks to all those that did pledge).

I hope people will channel that "F* Acacia' energy into supporting the IMPA and the Defense Group.

While things are going very badly for Acacia, they are still sucking up to $100K/month from the Defense Group members in order to drive the nail into the coffin.

Acacia is still proposing to roll up the entire industry into a class action lawsuit, and the Defense Group are fighting to shoot that plan down as well.

For those that followed the drama when i said i was stopping my full time efforts and going back to my ventures, you can see the fruits of that effort at http://www.2257lookup.com and http://www.t3report.com

If you keep up with http://www.fightthepatent.com or on the Yahoo board, you will know I have never stopped tracking or skewering Acacia and continue to reveal the truth about their efforts.

For those that didn't know, I have been providing technology to adult biz since 1997. I stopped going to the shows in 2000, and recently popped back up with 4 conventions this year.

You will be reading more about my efforts to use technology to solve problems in areas like helping to proactively shutdown CP websites through my work with ASACP. Helping webmasters and content producers with their 2257 record keeping requirements, and as always, watching out for Acacia and other potential patent threats.

Thanks Ron for the first ever posting of this kind.. i am sure there won't be too many like this.
