expect a lot of more charges, especially if you are selling stuff, they will charge you for listing items regardless they sell or not, then they will charge you a final fee once the item is sold, also if you use Paypal you will be charged for every transaction (when you receive the funds into your paypal account).
You might ask, is it worth it? It is if you are selling something that you got for free or almost for free, like some gift you don't need and want to get rid of it, etc. Also if you are lucky you might sell some of your old stuff, that you don't need.
