I think he has a huge heart and is a great person and is probably in austria with bush because he was invited and how can you 'turn down' an invitation from the president? also, most of the other undertaking were probably arrainged by his advisors.
At the heart of the matter, arnold is a good man and solid human being, and that is the only thing which matters. Look at bush, hes a puppet. he only does what he is told. Arnold doesn't for the most degree. and if he does, it by people like bush' advisors coercing his judgement.
The things and events surrounding a person don't define the person OR their motivation.
