No, sir. It has NOT been refuted. It is an embarrassment for the theory of Evolution. You cannot cite any clear and convincing atricle which refutes his account.
Your second point merely illustrates you complete lack of understanding of the basic issues. GOD IS BEYOND THE SCOPE OF SCIENTIFIC INQUIRY. Science cannot say anything about the probability of something that it is unable to define. All constructs must be defined. The idea of God cannot be defined in any scientific model.
