Went outside a few mins ago to check my mail and saw a friend Melissa who works at my apartments front office. She asked me if I knew the people that live above me and I told them besides the fact I use to go the same college as their oldest son and their 2 little kids I don't really know them.
She told me that they found they have been leaving their 4 year old girl home alone for hours at a time. Makes me mad since she is prolly one of the sweetest little girls I've ever seen. Everytime before I leave my apartment somewhere she always tells me "What's up dude?" since she plays on the patio above mine.
Pretty sad parents would do that. I'm sure the apartments will call child protective services. But what you do in a situation like this?
