First of all, its not exactly a question that can be answered. You have to decide what type of niche to promote. Will it be a single girl site? Ac celebrity site? A tgp? Huge cock site? Plumper site?

Secondly, you need to know that in order to make money you have to spend money.

Its also a constant job. You need to make sure you update all the time and that you give your members high quality images and videos. You;s also gotta spend a lot of time promoting and marketing. You cant make sale if you dont have traffic.

You have the ability to make as much as you want..its all in how you market and what your niche is.

Oh...and you have to make sure that your website loads fast and is easy to navigate. I cant tell you how many websites I have been to that take forever to load.

That site absolutely rocks! I'll give you $850,000 for it.

Your site looks very good if you are targetting a european amatuer niche, which is good because I don't see many around. The design is quite amateurish, whih can be a great thing. I personally like the site. Instead of offering videos clip previews for each girl, maybe offer 15-20 NON-clickable thumb screenshots of the videos to tease the surfer more. I'd even put "Stars" or blur out the hardcore parts of the larger images. I don't like the big images of the girls with clothes on, it doesn't tease at all I don't find, I would want them completely naked, if it was a hardcore image, put a star like i mentioned over the pussy/dick. The color isn't bad, I never tested this out, but darker colors convert better, most likely guys that surf porn late at night don't want the screen to be bright so they don't wake up wifey seeing them jerking off. I also find dark colors promote more comfort, however I don't think that well improve conversions a whole lot.


Also, I see some spelling mistakes, "proffesionals" in the first paragraph steps out at me. Spelling mistakes can cost you A LOT of sales, people can be very picky.

You might want to create a female "Character" for the site, for example, when giving updates, end them with "Love Jane" or whatever. People love relating to a person, rather then thinking it's some big porn company that doesn't care about your site.

Also, the MOST important thing about paysites besides conversion are KEEPING sales, in other words, recurring members, keep those bastards happy at all costs, email them, have polls, ask for feedback, give them more of what they want, if they love a certain girl, get that girl shooting exclusive porn for you RIGHT away, if your members like that girl, then put her on your front page in a censored pic to attract more surfers to buy. You can learn a lot from your members, listen to them, they are your greatest resource. I hope some of this helped. Good luck.

Petr, i would limit the affiliates to your friends/associaites at first, invite only. Youve got tons of traffic available there. ;)

1) Background color is too bright... you need something relaxing... maybe white or light blue (wait I told you that before)

2) Sample videos are good but open it in the same window and not in a new one

3) Put some small thumbs by the big thumbs... to show a little more of the set.

4) More joins links... don't make people scroll all the way down to join...

5) Tell the people what they are going to get if/when they join.
