What would you do if a sponsor wouldn't pay you your Webmaster referral commissions on sales he claims were charged back? I should get paid on all sales from the webmasters I referred unless they were fraudulent (which they are not) Right? This particular sponsor still owes me for late November and all of December and now he is pulling this crap. What would you do? What is my recourse other then exposing their unethical business practices to other webmasters?

It depends on the program.
If it's rev-share then you don't get paid because you share in the profit and the loss.
If it's a pay-per signup then that's a differrent story unless the show the signups were from fraud.Good luck.
