all the pics are right there,

ur thumbs are way 2 big,

they arent sized properlly!

no ads betweent he pics = no good!

you really need to crop the thumbs... they look deformed... besides that the gallery looks okay

Don't just resize your photos. Crop some thumbs for the images for best results.

Are you going to be submitting these or offering them as hosted galleries?

Another tip : People tend to click ads on the right side.. So do the layout according to that tip.

i definately wont use these as hosted galleries, im having those professionally done, im just playing around getting used to things for now, i might try submitting later on

Full size pics need to be bigger, thumbs have already been mentioned, but need to be cropped. Want more people to click? Redesign having the thumbs wrap around the sponsor links/banenrs, and make them stand out. Increase text size, unique color, change background color up to make it less boring and grab attention, I had to look at it again to even realize what sponsor you're pushing, sell the sponsor, not the content, but content is king, surfers will find the thumbs, no need to have huge thumbs. Take a little time to pick out the right content for EACH gallery you do, don't just use crap sponsors throw at you, buy some sets and look at each picture, make sure you get a good variety of nice face shots, ass, pussy, etc...but only tease the surfer, so in one gallery have the first ten or so thumbs really teasing, no clothes off or very little tit action, then the last 3-5 thumbs, show some pussy or ass, a few money shots, etc...

Just a few tips, plenty more you can change or do but you can learn that on your own by trial and error, good luck.

Bisides that, the desighn looks nice, but add more text.
I think there is not enouf text on your gallery.

It's an awesome piece of software, especially when you figure out how to build custom templates for it, and, the multi-directory feature will have you cranking out galleries in seconds.

I rarely buy "utility" software - I paid for this one after playing with the demo for about 15 minutes. Totally kick ass!
