    ARS hates czech webmasters - discriminating!

    Just got denied from participating in the ARS revenue program, because I have an email address from Czech Republic. This is one of the worst acts of discriminations I have encountered ... it is same like Apartheit or Nazis ...
    Avoid them!

    Here is the email I got:
    We are sorry, but your ARS application has been denied.The reason(s) for your denial are: Very sorry for the denial however we noticed that you have a .cz email address but your address is in XXXXX. We are not accepting any webmasters from .cz address even if it is just an email address.

    Ok, if you don't like to do business with some people that is their choice, but to discrimiate just because of on an email address is highly discusting.

                                                                  I wouldn't necessarily agree with that. We have seen just as many scammers coming from Canada (Montreal Area) and the US as we do from the Eastern Bloc.

                                                                  We gladly accept all webmasters, especially from Czech, Russia, Romania, etc. We have since day one and will continue to do so.

                                                                  To be forced to ban whole countries, means you need better fraud control on your backend.

                                                                                                      We have a very clear list in our TOS that states every country we do not allow into our program. These countries have been placed in that list for numerous reasons. We do not make exceptions to the list. I'v been dealing with eastern europe people for a long time and I can safely state that more than 3/4 of them are scammers and the rest of them cause you nothing but headaches.
