                                                                      You will receive 100% of the total sale, recurring. This is for all signups you can send within your first 2 weeks. So if you signup today and send a surfer that rebills for 3 months, you will receive 3 * 30 = $90 for a signup.

                                                                      If you send 10 signups that rebill for 2 months, you will receive $600, etc. CCbill will take their processing fee, but that's it.

                                                                      All signups after two weeks will be paid at $16 per signup plus $16 recurring.
