My son and I both get migraines, and this is what we try to do:
Take a warm bath or soak your feet-it draws some blood away from your head so it doesn't pound so much. A hot bath also is good for relaxing the muscles that cause tension headaches.
Gatorade-many time dehydration is the cause of headaches.
Sodium-if you did some activity that caused you to sweat (yes, that includes drinking b/c your body temp rises AND the alcohol dehydrates your body) you could have lost enough sodium to make you sick. GNC has tablets you can take to replenish your supplies, but I think table salt will work in a pinch.
