Quality of thumbs is extremely important. If they aren't good..people take one look and leave..they dont click on the pics to make them full size and chances are they aren't going to be clicking on any banners either.

I did run my pics through the web album feature of photoshop to make thumbs...my html editor adds in the dimensions automatically. Usually it works fine, but the thumbs for the foot site did come out rough, I admit. It's hard to fix something though when you don't know where you went wrong, lol.
