i just checked it, no offense to the operator, but I don't see how such program can maximize the earnings of somone's traffic even if it's of the lowest quality.
5cents/2nd page click right?
That's like 2-3cents/1st page click and I assume you can't send only foreign countries and possible even a mix of foreign and US/EU/AU/CA traffic.

I never worried you'll convert the traffic. I said I don't see how the program can maximize the earnings of the webmaster's traffic.
