I'm sure there is someone in his state that could act as a rep for all who are owed money..
Elect a rep, and send him the proof of moneys owed and he can take this information to the appropriate courthouse and have a, "Theft of Services" warrant served.
The guy will remain in custody intil the money is paid.

Nah the best way to handle these issues are copyright. The designers own the copyright to these designs unless there was a written assignment of rights. I doubt there was. Simply send Jeff?s host an infringement notice on the site designs in question and get those sites shut off. I'll never work with Jeff from Perfectiongirls again.
I've done 10 galleries in the past for him and it took 1 month+ to get my money. First he was supposed to pay with his epassporte account, which turned out to have "problems" and so he couldn't use it. Okay, we agreed on bank wire. I've waited for 3 weeks for the damn wire and it didn't arrive. He wanted to send a check but I knew he can manipulate an international designer even more so I declined and asked for WU transfer. He said he did the transfer and sent me a 10 digit MTCN number. The number was non-existant and fake, and WU confirmed no transfer was made. At this point of time, I told him that I'll go public and say to everyone at GfY how he manipulates designers. He became pissed, dropped his act and in 5 minutes he went to www.westernunion.com and used their online service to pay me. On the end he told me that I wasted his time, that he lost $500 or something in wires and WUs that got lost and what now, and that he'll never deal with designers outside USA again.
3 weeks waiting for $200. Totally uncool and unprofessional.Comment
