    CCbill's statement is not valid in your case, accounts set to '0' were affected by the glitch, not '1' as in your program, i've asked in corvett's thread (maybe the 1 was a typo) but there was no response, so 0 means 0.

    Only if CCbill officially backs up your claim that your program was affected by the glitch then you're clean and i'll apologize, in which case ccbill will have to explain why if the glitch was with 0 you were affected aswell. so i guess it won't happen.

    I'm not owed a lot of money (13 rebills) since i stopped pushing your site 2 months after signed up, because it won't rebill, go figure.

    Then another story is the long list of designers and models you haven't paid.

                                                                                                                      hmm I'm geting confused by ccbill reports too. I think I sorta figured it out. The total rebill column you should ignore if you are geting a running total of more than month.

                                                                                                                      For example if you have a site that rebilled twice it will show up on two lines and each line will show 2 total rebills and the same subscription id, and 4 in total , when it should only be 2..
