First of all, I am Dana's consigliere. Here is the truth about the entire situation:
After Internext 2003, Dana and I met with Jeff and finalized her contract. I had some intrepidations and Jeff reworded some of the contract to accommodate our wishes. Dana's contract was this: $1000/month + 10% of sales. Very simple. Her requirements were to shoot 12 sets, per month, plus (if memory serves me correct) four 5-minute videos. Dana shot her required amount in January. At the end of January, Jeff gave Dana a $1000 check - which promply bounced. Under my advice, she contacted him and he blamed it on a bank error. Since she was leaving town and had to pay bills, I loaned her the money until Jeff "dropped off her payment". The day Dana was leaving, Jeff came by her apartment and paid her a cash sum equal to exactly $200 and said that "it was all I could get from the ATM. I will get the rest when you get back." When Dana returned, he brought her the additional $800. She was also given her percentage of sales for January
During the month of February, Dana also shot content. As Jeff posted earlier, she has completed 28 sets of photos and aledgedly 4 videos. She was issued a check for $1000 and it bounced. Some time after that, he gave her $1000 in cash. No percentage of sales was ever given to her for February
At the end of March, Dana was leaving on a trip for Germany. She contacted Jeff and asked if she could complete her March photos, so she could get paid. He ageed and she shot content She was issued a check for $1000 and the day before she left for Germany, it bounced. She was counting on that money for bills and spending money. Under my advice, again, she contacted Jeff. Again, he claimed it was a "bank error" and he would drop the check off to her mother by the coming Friday. Again, Dana borrowed the money, from her mother, and trusted Jeff's word. Jeff never showed up.
Upon returning from Germany in mid-april, Dana attempted to contact Jeff. While she had been gone, Jeff had moved and changed his phone numbers. She had no way to get in touch with him. So, she quit trying. He never called or attempted to contact her, in any way.
On June 11th, Dana posted her first post on GFY.

She was hoping to hear from Jeff and continue with the agreement, along with being compensated for the previous bounced check.
After Jeff read the post, he called her and said some very hateful things. He acted like it was entirely her fault and acted like he had zero blame. Believing Jeff's line of bullshit again, Dana agreed to come continue her contract under the following conditions: Jeff would contact CCBill and have CCBill pay Dana directly. She would receive 50% of sales, until the money Jeff owed her was paid. At the time that this occurred, she would come back and shoot additional photos for Perfection Girls and continue on the $1000/month + 10% of sales contract that they had signed. She consulted with me, I agreed it would be fair. She agreed to this and three days later posted the following response on GFY:

Dana has never been compensated for the bounced check in March or the bounced check fees that Jeff is responsible for. She has never seen a single penny from CCBill, as Jeff had promised her in June, and has been very patient with him.
In December, they talked again and she agreed to go to Vegas with the intent of hoping this could all get resolved. As a final show of good faith, Jeff gave her a check for $500 - to show her his intent to pay her in full and make things right. Her naked photos and videos had been on the internet for almost a year and she had been paid a total of $2500 (less bounced check fees). I advised her against the Vegas trip, but she wanted to give Jeff one, final, chance to make things right.
Obviously, everyone knows the rest of the story. She has still only received a total of $2500 (less bounced check fees) for her work. Jeff has continually lied about this - along with everything else in life.
Jeff is nothing but a bad excuse for a pimp. He prances "his" girls around, spends money like a rock star, and doesn't pay anyone - including his affilliates - in full.
At this point, I have no comment on the CCBill/Perfection situation. It is none of our business and I frankly do not care who's responsibility it is.
Officially, Dana will have no further comments, to anyone, regarding this situation. She has been advised to remain quiet, for legal reasons.
Lastly, Jeff's post stating that him "and everyone else in Vegas" has slept with Dana (see link below) is hateful and mean. This never occurred. Dana has never, nor will ever, give Jeff that kind of pleasure. Her relationship with him was strictly business. 3rd Post Down
