see that's the problem with alot of these parties that companies hold. They don't have experienced promoters or organizers dealing with the owners/clubs.
I don't know how things are done in the US, but here in T.O, if a private party is booked, the parties pay a rental fee for the space they want whether it be complete or partial n the ppl are given line by-pass w/ wristbands and the areas are sectioned off.
These things are sometimes overlooked by the owners and are not enforced. It is imparitive for the organizers to stress the importance of the parties and have contracts signed for such events. You have to cover all the bases or else you end up looking like an idiot.
