those two things go together WAY to well. I still have a moca now and again, but no more of that NEED coffee in the moring shit. AND I get up way easier now... I never was really into beer and alchohol so no problems there...

I don't like to read more than I have to and I could not put these books down. Because of them, I now do approx 15 - 20 miles on a mountain bike most nights...
