I think the Iranian competitor is justified in his actions.
I'm sure the Iranian has no problem competing against Jewish competitors.
He doesn't want to compete against someone representing Israel, Jewish or otherwise.

then why did Iran develop the Shihab missile (which supposedly has the ability to reach Israel)?
Going to war against Israel would also be as validating Israel as a legitimate country, wouldn't it?
