Battuss, if it's ICQ you are using, go to your ICQ folder, click Contact List you should have a .cab file with all your contacts under that UIN (with a date of the last list backup) - make a copy & back it up in another folder in case your contacts don't show up in a day or two & have to reinstall ICQ.
