VIP = very important person..
Normally a person has to be looked by others as important in order to be such..
I'm thinkin in these cases, some people just think they're important in their own eyes and have to try to make others believe it..
Having a little money in the pocket makes nobody important other than to the people that want to empty those pockets..
Quite shallow as I see it..
