I find I'm very influenced by the moods of people directly around me. If people are unhappy, I tend to be. If everyone is happy, I also tend to be. This is why I want to be surrounded by vacationers.
On top of that I absolutely love Costa Rica. I've travelled the world over, finding many beautiful places. None have ever had the same draw as Costa.
Two years of research. Six months writing a business plan. Two months in to finding investors now. Still need some more private investment, and to secure bank financing. I'd sacrifice anything to make this goal come true.
