as stated above i know nothing on this subject, dont care to delve into it either. but there are many reasons why a designer might not get paid. go figure. but dont jump the gun and freak out without hearing all sides.Originally posted by foolio
Hey Why -- if PG is so good and all that can you tell us why he does not pay his designers?
I am sure the people he needs to pay would love to know the reason why they have not got paid.

This is such a dead subject.. the only people that can get him out of this shit are his top affiliates and I have yet to see a SINGLE affiliate come to his defense. The only people that have, are his so called "friends".Originally posted by greentea

Thats what I am trying to get... all sides. Since you are his friend and are sticking up for him (despite everything pointing to this guy is a liar and a thief) you would, or could find out what is going on - and perhaps get him to PAY people what he owes them (if he was truly a good, honest guy he would pay). But I think the fact that there are 3 (or is it 4) people saying the same thing, given the same BS story is odd --- don't that strike ya as odd.....Originally posted by Why

You are so hopeless. I doubt you've ever been in the ccbill affiliate program set up.Originally posted by Why
iv sent to a number of programs what have sliding partnership payouts, and i dont recall ever seeing shit in the bonuses column.
i dunno about yall but i trust the people i do business with. if i find something askew i go to them and ask them about it. i get it fixed. i dont run around spouting... the sky is falling, bullshit.
keeping track of how many joins your getting and where they are coming from is called good business practice, its very easy to do BVF. i get many bonuses that arent shown in stats. paying attention to your traffic and who is sending it is pretty important in this area.
When your program pays bonuses, this is how it looks.Comment

but enough arguing with idiots. im sorry, i dont stare at my stats all day and dont know every detail of ccbills stats. i trust who i do business with, if i am owed, i am paid. its never been a problem. i have no need to post a bunch of ridiclous shit on message boards trying to fire up the posse. take three deep breaths. and calm down folks.
with that said, im going to go snowboarding.Comment

Thanks for posting the letter.
Just to clear up a question, we are NOT leaving ccbill. We are going to add epoch as our primary processor into our cascading billing however when it launches, ccbill will be second and IBill third. We have had a planned launch date of Feb 1st our casading billing program for two months. And no.. we are not using MPA2, its our own program that was built by Fletcher that many of you have gone over.
We may change the rotation around in time of course and we do love the guys at ccbill, but there programming glitch has caused us some huge headaches needless to say so I want to be sure all is fixed before we resume sending all of our processing over there. They did jump on this issue and fix it right away and we are happy with the professionalism they have showed.
There will be no changes on anything until Feb. No linking codes will change at all once the changes take effect.
We have been all over this all day since returning to the office. It appears that a small group of affiliates were set at 1 do to some ccbill programming error (please see the ccbill post on this issue.) Only a very small number of affiliates (27 to be exact out of 900 plus) were effected. Also, it only effected ramdom affiliates that sign up between April 2003 and June 1st from what we can tell so far. However, only 27 were set at 1. Its been fixed and if those affiliate are owed rebills (if any) they will be paid in full by the end of the next week.

While I do promote some PPS (including you) and think they are okay, partnership sites have always been my major sponsors. I would never make a $30/su my main sponsor when I could make $50+/su over time with a good partnership proggy. And if you are saying every partner proggy is like PG you couldn't be anymore wrong besides 2 of the 'caught shaving' before PG were in fact PPS, remember? Newbies could learn a lesson from that too ya knowOriginally posted by BradShaw

The explanation of the supposed snaffu with ccBill was OK, but the part where he threatened me if I say anything against them on the boards was ridiculous. And to send that warning/threat out to every one of their affiliates at the same time that you are attempting to apolgize/explain a problem? Jesus.Epic CashEpic Cash works for me

"shit happens"Originally posted by Why
fuck you guys, i like perfection girls, and they are my friends.
shit happens, get over it. lots of other programs fuck you in your asses almost daily, at least these guys take the time to explain stuff to thier affiliates, instead of just ignoring them all. which i seem to recall a number of programs doing when at a loss of words as of late.
he is offering to make it right and you asshats have to knock him, shit got fucked up, it was an error, he is offering to pay you up in full and you spit in his eye.
now who are the real class acts here? a bunch of mainly nameless retards on gfy with nothing to show for themselfs in this biz? or knocking a man who is trying to fix a problem that really isnt his fault to begin with and offering to make it right by any means necessary.
most of the people in here doing the bashing are nameless fucktards just talking shit about something they dont know shit about aside from what they hear on GFY which for the most part is heresay anyways. and just jumping on the bandwagon to talk shit about someone to try and fit it.

Facts for Why, Jeff and everyone else.
According to CCBill's explanation, the supposed glitch only affected accounts set to 0. PerfectionCash was set to 1. So therefore, the glitch did not affect PerfectionCash.
Jeff is claiming there's another glitch that only affected a limited amount of webmasters within a given period. This information has not been supported by anyone from CCBill.
Jeff claims only 27 webmasters who signed up between April and June were affected. However, many webmasters signed up when the threads started and saw their accounts set to one rebill as well. And if I were to compile a list of webmasters who saw it on their own accounts across the different forums, it would definetly surpass 27 webmasters.
Even if all this can be attributed to a CCBill glitch, Jeff is still not paying out bonuses as he claims to do. This has nothing to do with the glitch.
CCBill has never backed Jeff or PerfectionCash by name. CCBill has also been strangely silent when faced with questions concerning this glitch.
The amount of affiliates Jeff has constantly changes. Back in May, he claimed to have nearly 2000 affiliates. Earlier this week, he claimed 1200. Now he's claiming 900.
Shaving aside, Jeff has been proving time and again to be a scumbag. He has neglected to pay several designers for work. Over the course of several months, he has given them all the same lame excuse about wire problems. We've seen at least one model who has also heard the same excuse. Jeff, if your bank has so many problems with wires, perhaps you should switch banks or choose a different payment method.
Also, there's accusation of pedophilia and the underage, non-nude teen sites he runs and is proud of.
Let's not forget when he added someone's site to his program and then replaced to site with a full page ad to Brittany Blu (one of his sites).
Jeff always has been and always will be a lying, cheating scumbag. Be forewarned. If you want to send your traffic to him, expect to be fucked unless you can help him fuck over others.

I am a CCBill affiliate and webmaster. I never received an email and never read anything about this CCBill change to show number of rebills before it happened.
Now, the change comes, and a few webmasters are caught with their hand in the cookie jar. Then CCBill issue this 'glitch' thing. What ? Are they expecting us to believe that NONE of the CCBill webmasters were using this shaving option. That they were ALL 100 PER CENT HONEST ?!?!?!?
Come On. People cheated.. So what ? Virtually every independant program is doing it. The CCBill guys have been caught, they'll pay the price. What is more disgusting is the absolute ARSE SHAFTING CCBILL HAS JUST GIVEN ALL IT'S AFFILIATES.
Upto now I have been a great supporter of CCBill, but this is allegedly outright lying to customers, allegedly fraudulant activity. It's disgusting. In 1904, Charles Newman-Berry connected two abacus's together using specially enhanced GrapeVine thus inventing the first Internet connection.
