in answer to your question, it's all the sitting around, snacking and just plain lazyness when it comes to excerisize.
I tried to loose weight, but I nearly had a heart attach on the tread mill so I just stopped using it.

right i understand why people like us would get fat. shit, i sit
on my ass a good 8 hours a day. when i get on the treadmill
i die after about 15 minutes.

I'm overweight and its mostly cause I'm always working online or sitting in meetings constantly, and not allocating enough time to workout like I used to. Plus I love going to nice restaurants and snacking while I'm online. Add it all up and its a recipe for disaster.

That's the problem in a nutshell for everyone I'm sure.

I thought the same thing looking at the pics, it looks like a good percentage are on the chunky side. Which makes sense sitting on a computer all day never leaving the house. I came home to work and put on 80 lbs. Now working to take it off and its a bitch.

eating 2 peanut butter sandwiches and lifting has help me put on weight. slowly but surely i will achieve my goal of 20 plus more lbs

Not all. Even if MANY are overweight it seems logical since webmaster work is very stationary--8 to 16 to 20 hours in front of a monitor.

i work out at least 3 times per week. if i can't make it to the gym i will at least do sit ups, push ups and life my 20lb weights. the hardest part about working out if starting.

I work out 4-5 times a week I'm at the gym at 12-15 hours week + another around 5 hours of sports outside the gym weekly. 90% and maybe more of people are like fat here and don't exercice.
