Ehm... yeah?!
A good cfm or jsp program will generally literally cost you 5 times as much as the same program in php. cfm even is slower than php in most cases, and jsp is faster but with the speed of servers these days that shouldn't make a huge difference.
And don't forget... there are already tons of goods open source scripts in php (
http://www.oscommerce.com/ ), which is quite different in cfm and jsp.
