True it would have been easier if this was a not a private home and simply an apartment or rental property where you can simply show she is not legally able to stay there.

Perhaps he can have all her belongings catagorized and removed from the home and put into storage while she is not there one afternoon. She can not even prove she owned any of it in court unless she has receipts for it or he admits she had it, even then the judge can only speculate as to the depreciated worth of the items, this is in the case of a fraudulent claim.

Seems like eviction may be the only thing you can do, remember it has to be put in her hand by a sherrif's officer or an officer of the court, this is really easy if you are there and open the door and let the officer in because they can not enter unless someone answers the door or there is just cause to enter the home for other reasons, file now because it takes no less than 30 days for all of that to go into effect.
