all the L.A. guys except maybe Max have taken a step back - probably more the Rob Black case and Ashhahahahaha than anything.

there seems to be this real hypocritical thing where the S&M world doesn't get looked at as hard as the regular porn biz. that's why I brought this up - because we have come to accept in society that there is an S&M world out there where this is part of these people's sex lives. I'm no expert on S&M but I have yet to see S&M content where actual intercourse is occurring; and that makes a big differrence!!!
The S&M I've seen is like an "R" rated movie with a lot of violence. Clint Eastwood can shoot the MoFo in the head but not while fucking him at the same time, ya see. It's the combination of sex in conjuction with violence that can get you fucked up.

I think most people wouldnt have a problem with just plain rough sex, but when you get into humiliation and more so degradation people get their panties in a bunch. And it's true because there seems to be a double standard between regular porn doing this and S&M porn.

I think thats a good legal defense if anything, but for the time being is anyone being really hounded and/or prosecuted for it?

I have among others a spanking site that at times could be considered "rough". A lot of the footage is playful but some left the model's ass welted.

Doesn't bother me a bit. I saw someone have a complete hissy fit on another board about some of the gagging stuff. These girls are willingly doing this content and taking the money for it, so I can't see the problem.
