                                          The hurricane changed direction and hit land farther north than expected. However, storm surge and tornado warnings were declared by the NOAA for the entire eastern shore, from miami up past daytona.

                                          If one is smart, one DOESN'T fuck around when it comes to Cat 4 hurricanes.
