Do some of you know that they have like 115 million in the bank?
what about the supposed lawsuits that other companies filed against acacia, and as a result ended up settling with acacia? did we forget that?
We have a contractual agreement with them just like the rest on that list. I see some pretty big programs on that list. makes you wonder whos intrest is really at heart right?

But at the same time we made sure our own were covered as well, meaning our affiliates. You and nobody else was at the meeteing, so assume all you guys want.

2) what about about the actual 11 defendants who are going to court on Feb 6th to defend their companies against the patent claims? did you forget that?
If you signed because you felt it was your best business decision.. then defend your decision, don't defend acacia unless you truly believe they have something that is valid.
Alot of companies that settled believe the patent claims are bogus, but it was cheaper for them to settle than to fight.
