They made money in the past, but they have hardtimes lately. Bandwith is so cheap, that it's almost free & that's hard competition for them. It's the not knowing how long they'll be around, when they'll begin redirecting traffic, or if the network can handle traffic to your galleries.
If you choose freehosts it's probably best to stick with the large freehosts such as kinghost.Comment

Wouldn't that make a 2257 mess? I doubt they would throw their real name and address up. No CC# so no idea if they are an adult or not.
How much startup money would you estimate? I'm guessing it would take a minimum dedicated server from a webhost "just incase".
Maybe webair can answer this, free reseller webhost on virtual account?
