And that comment by someone about 3.5 tgp hits...... ha ha. Nice. Did you know that any gallery cranker with a decent submission list can easily generate 50-150k uniques per day? On my own galleries I've seen gusts up to 300k uniques, even 500k on really good days. Out of that I can usually generate 2-3k of unique click-thrus to any given sponsor. I know there are other guys around here who do much more than I do, I don't use any auto-submission software like they do.
Add a few of us together and that can be quite a bit of traffic for a company to miss out on.

This industry will be paying Patent Firms for Bullshit licenses if we all follow your route. There is no alternative but to fight this as a unit, not give in and then BLACKMAIL affiliates into signing up with you.
And please tell us how do you know affiliates will not be touched, have you given Acacia a list of people they should not touch? Because if you have not that promise is pure bullshit like their patent.
