i'm good w/ mainstream i could bust out something badass.

but it sounds like it'd be a pretty big task having to add in each of the 270 apartments to a database.. i'd do it w/ php/mysql... wouldn't be a difficult project, but it'd definitely be time consuming.

i'd say atleast $3k.

Maybe you'd contact Harvey at http://www.fdsign.com He's fast as hell, his work kicks ass and he charges very little for the quality, hence it's possible you can make some nice dough for you
