Meth is far worse than crack. The actual labs are hazardous, if not deadly, to all occupants in reach of it. Regardless if you do meth or not.
But in regard to the addicts of the drug? I suppose crackhead has the worse rep of the two. Skinny females, dumbfucks, assholes of all kinds are all referred to as crackheads. Even if that do not use the drug. Meth? Most people are not even aware of the drug. -

there are two sides to this whole thing, i have been around tons of both, and they both have equally bad sides
i am around a lot of meth heads nowadays, so they are worse right now for me
we have this one chick that runs drugs for our main dealer...and when she comes in our house she is not allowed past the rug in front of the front door, cause if she comes in she pockets whatever she can see....so she has to stand there, right at the front door
but we had this crackhead neighbor that had fleas...LOL...and he borrowed $20 of me once, and then came back the next night with 20$ in crack and said here ya go...we said "it doesn't work that way man" and he tried to justify it because it was such good crack.....fucked up i tell ya
we eventually just took the crack and told him never to come back to our place again.....Comment
