I'd like this to be a more serious discussion because from what I understand, the government is going to be coming down pretty hard on 2257 in the coming months and I think we should all be covered.
What are you Free site/TGP owners going to be doing to protect yourself? From my understanding, anything we upload and keep on our server is considered something we've published, therefor meaning we need to have model records and releases under article 2257.
Is ANYONE doing anything about this? Does anyone understand how important it is to stay within the guidelines of these laws?
What's going to happen and what is everyone doing? I just don't want to have to shut down my site and I don't want to see anyone to have to shut down their site due to ignorance and lack of education.
So, discuss, a lot of us need to be aware and have a lot of work to do.
