Yes, I've seen it done with @mac.com before too, which is free.
To get @yourdomain.com, though, it would cost $$$$, for AIM Identity Services. The key is to get some volume pricing somehow, to not pay $20/month. For myself, I wouldn't mind having some @jukebox.com or @worldpoker.com screen names, etc., or one of my other domains.
For some of the companies here, they could have consistent branding for their customer service people, too...e.g.

[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]
which helps reinforce one's brand, and just looks cool. :D
